Satisfaction is guaranteed!  Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  Shipping fees are not refundable, unless an error was made on our part.

Shipping Fees 

(Shipping is free on all orders over $100).

Each product description includes specific shipping fees for that particular item.  Ordering mulitiples items will reflect a combined shipping discount.

You'll find our shipping fees extremely reasonable.  Lightweight items such as charms, keychains, magnets often have shipping charges of only  2 or 3 dollars. If you order several small items with a combined weight over 13 oz., the items will ship Priority Mail with a shipping fee of $4.50 (up to 1 lb)  or  $6.50 (up to 2 lbs).

Our system is set up to calculate combined shipping  on mulitiple items, in order to save you money.  We've tried our best to make sure shipping is calculated fairly and hopefully always in your favor.  We don't believe in gouging the customer with shipping charges.  If you feel that the shipping fees have been calculated incorrectly, just put a note in the comments section of your order and we will adjust your total accordingly.  (credited back to your PayPal account or Credit Card).

Bulky items such as Tapestry Throws and Ceramic items usually ship via US Priority mail for around $8.50 . 

Shipping Methods

Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day of receipt . Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (for small items under 13 oz), and Priority Mail for most others.

We sometimes use UPS for larger items.  Please let us know, in the comments section of your order, if you have any special shipping requests.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. 

Shipping Times

Orders are estimated to ship next day (in fact, they ship often the same day).  Some Friday orders can ship the following morning.

A few of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and can take a little longer.  These items are clearly marked in the product descrptions.  All products descriptions describe availability.

Out of Stock Items / Custom Orders

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. This is very rare; but we will contact you if this is the case. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Any custom or special order products will be clearly marked in product description.  Expected lead times will also be stated and we will make every effort to let you know what to expect with special orders.
